Jeremy Meccage
Lab Director
Jeremy has a passion for helping hitters and pitchers discover their full baseball and personal potential. Jeremy was drafted by the LA Dodgers⚾ out of high school and was a 4 year starting pitcher⚾ for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes where he is still in the top 10 in career wins and innings pitched. After college, he was again drafted by the Dodgers, but unfortunately sustained a shoulder injury only weeks after signing. He underwent surgery and continued to rehab while living in Argentina. He signed with the Detroit Tigers⚾ but his shoulder was never the same👎. Those who have experienced his BP know the surgery didn’t go so well..haha. After being released, he closed out his career with the European B Champion, Brasschaat Braves, where he played professionally in Europe for a season.
Jeremy was the pitching coach⚾ for Princeton University's Baseball Team for 10 years where he was fortunate🙏 to have coached nation's best🔝 and brightest baseball players. Seven players from those teams ended up playing in the Major Leagues💯 for various time periods. He also comes from a coaching family. Melisa(his wife) coached field hockey at UVA, Iowa, and Princeton for 20 years. His Dad was a high school and college baseball and basketball coach. His brother is an assistant coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates. His sister, Saree, and brother in law(Mike) are both high school and college basketball coaches.
Bryce Meccage

Bryce is a 2024 at the Pennington School and has committed to the University of Virginia. He is currently rated the #1 RHP baseball prospect in New Jersey and 40th in the nation for his class of 2024. He is proficient in Driveline protocols, arm development/care, and the mechanics of throwing, pitching and hitting. He is passionate about coaching young players. In the lab, he assists in administering our Rapsodo and Stalker technology and coaching.

Justin Meccage is the current Bullpen Coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Justin has been recognized as one of the best pitching minds in Major League Baseball. In other words, he is one of the best baseball coaches in the world! Throughout his career he has served as a minor league pitching coordinator, pitching coach for various A/AA teams, and as an assistant pitching coach in Pittsburgh. He has also coached at the high school and DI levels. Justin was a pitcher at baseball power Oklahoma State, was drafted by the New York Yankees, and played 2 years in their system.
Justin consults the BBL on advanced technology, training, and methodologies. He is also available for remote advanced pitching development for our high school and college baseball players.
