01 / THE APPROACH

BUILT AROUND YOU.
BACKED BY PURPOSE.

Every athlete brings a different body, background, and ambition to the game. Your training should reflect that. At the Lab, coaching starts with understanding you, then connecting what we see to what we measure.

We create room to experiment, compete, and learn. Athletes build ownership of their work. Coaches and families share in the process. Progress means stronger baseball skills—and the confidence, curiosity, and resilience to keep developing.

04 / TECHNOLOGY WITH A JOB TO DO

TURN FEEDBACK
INTO BETTER WORK.

Numbers give us useful questions. Coaching helps us decide what to do next. We use technology to inform training and track change over time.

Trackman & Stalker

Performance measurement supports pitching and hitting feedback, helping coaches and athletes connect the results of each rep with their training goals.

Blast Baseball

Swing metrics add context to hitting work. We review them alongside video and ball-striking results to guide the next adjustment.

Video review

Multiple camera angles and slow-motion footage help athletes and coaches study movements, discuss changes, and revisit their work.

Purposeful training tools

Pitching machines, a portable mound, and varied skill challenges create opportunities to practice with intent. Tool selection follows the athlete’s needs.

BEFORE YOU STEP IN

Where should a new athlete start?

Start with a conversation about the athlete’s age, goals, experience, and schedule. The first development sessions help establish priorities and shape an individual plan.

Can we work on both hitting and pitching?

Yes. Development sessions can focus on one skill or multiple parts of the game. Talk with the Lab about the mix that fits your goals.

How do we book a session?

Email info@zagsports.com. Share the athlete’s age, training focus, and preferred times. The Lab will confirm availability, pricing, and session details directly.
