We believe each player is unique🦓. We believe that there is no one ☝🏻size fits all in player development. We believe in combining data📊and coaching. We believe that the hunger for knowledge is far more important than knowledge itself.

We believe that the game is the greatest teacher. We believe the games are for letting go(coaches)and practice is for instruction👨🏼‍🏫. We believe that yelling😲is best left for calling for your lost dog🐶. We believe that players should practice more than they play. We believe in teaching athletes how to critically think about the game vs doing the thinking for them🤖. We believe that teaching with words and verbal cues is very difficult🤫. We believe in experimenting, trying, measuring and doing it over.

We believe in celebrating the little baseball victories. We believe in letting your personality show. We believe that the game is the best teacher of humility. We believe in mutual respect and players owning their process. We believe in leveraging constraints and challenging the nervous system🧠. We believe in training in adverse environments❄️🌪(like in a backyard😆). We believe that each session should capture data and that information should be leveraged to maximize potential.

We believe that collaboration🤝 with each player, their instructor, coach, or family is essential in order to maximize their potential. We believe in teaching character, process, and performance. We believe training and playing should be F.U.N. 🎉#FocusedAndUnwaveringNow

What else do we believe? That there is always a chance that all we believe above may be wrong🤷🏼‍♂️ or change. It is that humility that fuels us to pursue greatness everyday on behalf of our athletes .
